This is an interesting aspect of PDN!
Some I have encountered, starting with heart: Tetrology of Fallot, Pulmonary (valve) atresia, then neuro: Spina bifida, Acardi Syndrome, traumatic brain injury, and CP, of course.
Then, Esophogeal eosinophilia, and CHARGE Syndrome. Both very interesting.

Oh, wait....
At first I thought you were saying the client's parents were messy, because Flylady (an online housecleaning guru) calls it CHAOS syndrome (Can't Have Anyone Over) when the house is too much of a wreck to have company. But then I Googled it and learned something today. Thank you!
Side note: I have been to several homes with THAT kind of CHAOS syndrome, but that's for another thread!!
