Condom snorting

Are kids actually snorting condoms and then pulling them out of their mouths?

And why?

I read that some then have to go to the hospital. My guess is that they can't get the condom back out, on their own.

Another reason to be glad Youtube wasn't around when I was a teenager I guess :/

I agree. At least, back then, the stupidity would usually be confined to 1 or 2 schools at a time.

Stupidity (definition):

lack of intelligence, perception, or common sense

extremely rash or thoughtless behavior

Hold on now....all of this pales in comparison to what H admins can come up with!! :wtf:

I gave up trying to figure out this generation of kids a long time ago.

They need to protect their brains!

And sucking a condom into their lungs isn't going to help them toward that goal.

Why not just a spaghetti noodle??? At least they could eat it and that would be really gross!:barf02:

Tide pods, condoms..I keep thinking "what's next?!" I'm scared to know...

I saw a meme on Facebook today that said "Don't snort condoms---use them properly so you don't breed".

Snopes says it's mostly false.

WHAT'S TRUE- YouTube videos, mostly dating from 2013, capture young people inhaling condoms into their nostrils as part of a so-called "condom snorting challenge."

WHAT'S FALSE- Despite an uptick in media hand-wringing over the alleged "craze" in 2018, few people appeared to have attempted it since the challenge first went viral in 2013.

I want to judge - and, oh, I am - but I also think about all the dumb "challenges" the boys at my high school used to do...the eraser thing (how long until you can't take it, burning yourself with the eraser)...playing "knucks" where you hit each others' knuckles with quarters... I think this behavior's been around a long time, but now it has the ability to get a lot of publicity.

Still judging, but unfortunately...the kids doing it today were only raised by the kids doing it in previous generations.

It's things like this that brought about the saying 'You can't make this **** up'.
