age ?

I was 25 when I satarted pre-reqs. I won't be able to apply until 2009, and it will be 2010 before I begin. So that will have me graduating in 2012. I am getting so discouraged:o

I was 17 when i started school for my first degree. Graduated At 20. And currently working on two pre-reqs (which i did'nt have with prior degree), hopefully I'll start school this fall at 21.

I was actually 18 when I started college away from home...was going for a BSN program...did okay my first year, but partied hard the next year and didn't make the best grades. I got married and had my son, so that sat me out for a year. So I officially think I kinda started over this past semester at 20 years old, I aced all my classes this past semester so I am a true witness to picking yourself up and keeping it trucking! I have a full load this semester, 4 classes, two of those being Micro and A&P II. I'm 21 now and hopefully will be starting nursing school this fall, I'm doing an ADN program, hopefully will be done by 2010! I plan to be a CRNA by the time I'm 28 though. Never give up everyone!

I started pre reqs at 21 yrs old after moving & basically starting my college career completely over... I am in my last semester of pre-reqs with Microbiology, Chemistry, and Nutrition now. I will apply to Nursing school for Spring '09 (seeing my pre reqs are not complete), thus I shall be around 26 going on 27 when I get my BSN. THEN I plan to get my Masters degree as well.

What school do you attend? I live in DeSoto, also.

I started at 18. I will hopefully(!) be in the BSN program at my school by the time I'm 19. :w00t:

34 when I started, still finishing up a few pre rec's and hopefully get into the program for fall of 08 :)

Started @ 18 and took a break for my baby. I'll be 24 when I finish the program.

i started in Nursing school at 21. A year after my graduation in business school.

I'm taking Pre-req's now and I am 28. After reading the other ages I don't feel so bad! I had my daughter when I was 20- and I got a late start on everything- but we will all get there!
