A Job maybe???

Well was offered a job at a LTC ,Interview was last week the DON had me fax consent to talk with case manager before I left ,They talked Friday I got a email from case manager stating if HR says ok they are going to offer job now today they call and want to to come in for orientation, emailed my case manager to double check approval of job was told have DON call her once more to just outline everything and then she will let me know DON was out until late afternoon so I just wait ??

    Well found out what delay was person that hired me got fired after dozens of phone calls and emails going in for orientation today;)

    Finished first week hard but good at same time ,got letter from TPAPN stating although my contract was 2 yrs since I looked for work for 18 mo before getting job my contract will be extended to satisfy the 12 mo employment part of my contract so I guess that means 360 days from now I will be complete.

    Ok I now know why they hired me chronic no shows that means short staff, no team work and low pay . But I can do anything for a year.
