I remember there were folks here who said the president (at the time, Biden) was powerless to do anything and it was up to congress to stop the flood of illegal immigrants coming in.

I think that what most people (democrats and some republicans) are having an issue with is that this was an illegal deportation.  Okay so we are all clear there.  Since that was the case, bring him back, return him to his family and let him have due process.  That is the US  law <<<<<this is the issue.

 As far as his past goes that can all be argued through court systems if/when he's returned and allowed due process. 

What's bothering most Americans and what they are standing up for is the law.  If we allow things like this to slip through and just bypass us as Citizens.  What other laws could possibly be broken and bypassed if we just sit by and let them happen.   We've learned this through history and people are nervous and afraid.

Biden seemed unwilling to act by executive order and wanted legal congressional action which didn't happen.

Trump while successful in stemming the flow has been challenged legally.  The latest last night from the Supreme Court.

Apparently, the White House didn't give the go ahead to send the letter to Harvard.

Maybe the Trump administration has more incompetent bullies on staff than it does qualified professionals.

Well I if this is happening, there goes the lefts "idea" that it's only "brown people" from south of the border that are being detained and deported illegal.  Why should they care about a "British citizen" after all, are they not the original "colonizers" and "slave traders" anyway?

That's completely false. Beerman and Tweety are the only members here that have and will critique and occasionally call out their side of the isle when warranted.  Perhaps you were confused by everyone else on this forum? I get it.

And that's the point right there. However instead of focusing on the law, the democrats decide to run a propaganda champaign on trying to say that this person in question was just an innocent man wanting to a better life in the US and was completely targeting and victimized by the Trump administration.  All because of his skin colors and tattoos.  

All the while this person broke the law entering the US illegally, beat a woman and has ties to MS-13(terrorist group), eventhough he really doesn't like them anymore. 

If the democrats stuck to the law part of the issues, instead of trying to defame Trump, I would say the man would have a better chance. However it's never about the person, it's about slandering Trump. 

Focus on the law, not Trump, not the man.  However I dint think the democrats really care about the latter.  

However losing an election didn't seem to provide any sessions so I'm not expecting anything to change...... status quo....
