Apr 24, 201313 yr Most nursing homes around me are 7a-3p or 3p-11p or 11p-7a. The hospitals are mixed here, most are 12 hour shifts 7a-7:30p or 7p-7:30a. But some are 8 hour shifts too.
Apr 26, 201313 yr I work assisted Living, double shift weekends. Saturday 6 AM - 10 Pm, and Sunday 6 Am - 10 PM. I like it so I can spend the week studying and I get four shifts done in 2 days.
