I just got my scrubs for school and the pants have a D-ring on them. What do I use it for?

Clamps, scissors, ID badge, or trauma shears? I really don't know!

Hmm. None of MY scrub pant have D-rings! I guess they only come on men's scrubs, in which case they are probably supposed to hold a club or a spear or something macho like that.
Feeling vaguely inadequate now...
:imbar Eep! I see that you are a girl too! There goes my theory out the window.

the d-ring is for the chain that they will run from your station to your pants. the chain is 3 links short of reaching the bathroom and breakroom. it never reached the cafeteria, no matter what they might tell you.

I used to keep my common sense tethered to the D ring in my pants, but upper management has made me lock it up in the pyxis, it saves money that way.
:) I imagine a good pair of scissors could go there?

LOL!!!
When ever one of my dementia patients sees something dangly and shiny they like to grab it. So I guess the D-ring could be used as a destraction. Who knows... The possibilities are endless.
