It took me 3 years but I officially completed all of my nursing pre-reqs with a cumulative science GPA of a 3.5 and a cumulative GPA of a 3.63. I finally whooped chemistry's ass with an awesome professor this semester. Next stop, the nursing program!

Did it take you longer to whoop Chemistry's ass?
Yes, I had to withdraw from it last semester and retake it this semester.

Congrats! :)
I am actually struggling with Chemistry myself. I did not withdraw from it and got a poor grade. Even though I am planning on taking a more extensive chemistry 2 course (it is more one-on-one time between students and teachers) I am a bit scared. My top school only requires a 4 credit Chem course and with the poor grade I received I don't know how the school I am applying to would see that even though Chem I was tough for me, hoping I earn a higher grade in Chem II would still not hurt my chances of getting in. So far, my top school does not know what grade I earned this semester. I am hoping to be admitted as a conditional student...and transfer over my transcript after graduating with a much higher grade in Chem II. Since they only require a 4 credit Chem course, do you think they would take preference between my Chem 1 and Chem 2 grades??...any suggestions??...anyone please feel free to comment...Thanks.
