Be careful with e-mails because if you send them from an e-mail address that is not a .edu they get sent directly to their junk box, I think calling would be best. :)

Is anyone else confused by titers & vaccinations? I'm going this week to get titers done so I figure out what I need & what I have. We still have so much time until we start, but I want all of this done so I can relax. Shots don't bother me a bit..but I wish i didn't have to deal with vaccinations again. :/

I'm not sure what part exactly you are confused about, but I asked yesterday at my interview because I was confused too!! She said you should have had them all at some point. You will need a hep b titer and chicken pox/varicella if you do not have proof of having had it or the vaccination. You also need a TB test and that is all. She made it seem a lot more simple than it looked.

You need mmr(mumps, measles, rubella) viracella ( or date of chicken pox), tetorifice, bacterial meningitis, hep b, and TB skin test. Pretty sure that is all. If you went to school in Texas you probably have had all of these shots, you just need the records so a doctor can sign the form.

I went ahead and called and i am so glad i did. They had the wrong adress, thy sent a letter two weeks ago but to my old adress i do not know why i didnt even give them that adress at all. The lady said she will email me a copy of the letter shortly. Im 99% sure its a big no.

The wait was worth it now. They definitely are considering applications still. I got an e-mail last week asking for an updated transcript because the board was about to meet again. Keep up your hope guys I'll be praying for y'all!
