UTMB Spring 2010

Does anyone know how many applicants there were? How many interviews they are having? How many they accept? This is frustrating!!! I understand that they are busy, but at the same time those who are accepted have to make plans for housing, current work situations...etc! I know getting frustrated does not help, but at least I know I'm not the only one!

I would email **** at UTMB and flat out ask her. Luckily I live in Houston, but if I didnt....this waiting game they are playing would probably be a deal breaker for me because how are you supposed to plan anything if you wont find out until a month before school starts you know? I would express your concerns and try to get a solid answer as to what they are doing. Let us know what she says.

yeah its bad for me too....I live in the dallas area! so I need to make arrangements if I get accepted and decide to go to UTMB. I hope once they send out interview emails the interviews will be a week later! and then we find out ASAP if we get in! I knew that the process was long for UTMB so I kind of expected but this is crazy.

Hey Everyone! Just letting everyone know that I wrote an email to **** asking many of the questions I have seen over the past few days. i also told her about our blog and that if she had additional information or FAQs she was getting to include them so that it might ease her flow of calls and emails. I will post with her answer as soon as I get it

I hear you. I applied to UTA and their deadline was Jun 1 and we have not heard anything yet!!! We should have heard about interviews last week, but they decided to cancel that step of the process and they told everyone we should hear about final decisions sometime at the end of Sept. Waiting sucks. Hang in there; it is all worth it!!! Good luck to you all.

Goopsy, that sounds great. I asked **** if there was a possibility if they would skip interview and just let us know. She said no. there went that.

Did anyone apply to the Fast Track BSN????

Guess what guy just got off the phone interviews are scheduled for oct.2 and oct.9. keep your fingers crossed. Letters will be sent next week. hooray
