I just spoke to someone in enrollment services and for those who have been accepted, they are having problems with the deposit page and not everyone is able to get to it, or if you can get to it, not able to make a payment. She said they are not giving away spots because of this issue. This could mean some are being delayed acceptance (this is just a thought, not anything I heard) until the problem is fixed. She said if you have been accepted, they would make sure to send an email out when the have fixed the problem. Hope this helps. Congrats to everyone who has been accepted! I believe it's 200. When I logged in I saw a green check with an accept/decline option and it said I now owed an amount of $200.00

I checked mystar and it had a check instead of a circle and called the nursing department to make sure! Lol:) they said there is a delay in emails but we should get them soon!:)

Woohoo! Are you applying to any other schools? I wonder how long we have to consider before accepting and paying the fee? I would be thrilled to go to UTMB, but I'm still waiting to hear back from a few other schools as well (didn't want to put all my eggs in one basket).

I've heard y'all have about 2 weeks to decide!

By "not giving away spots" do you mean that they aren't changing mystar statuses, or they aren't sending emails to people who have had their mystar statuses changed?

I think she said within a week! And utmb is my first pick! I applied to other schools but loved this one the best!:) and thank you!:) to everyone attending in the fall 2014 can't wait to see all of you !:) and the rest that will be accepted soon!:)

If you have the green check, they had told me they would not give away that spot until all issues were fixed and that person had time to decide what they wanted to do. However, it seems that the issue has been fixed now with the acceptance deposit, so all should be kosher.
