I wanted to make a note to anyone who is looking for feedback about online shopping through Scrubs and Beyond.
I would simply suggest looking elsewhere for you apparel needs or shopping in stores. The shipping is expensive, if you need to return something $7.99 is deducted from your refund, and is seems that there is a lack of consistency in the apparel.
My experience was that I ordered two long sleeve shirts, same shirt and size just different colors, and they seem to be different. The material is a different, one is thicker than the other, and the fit is different, one is a lot longer. I also ordered shoes (bad idea on my part, but I had giftcards). I ordered Sanita clogs which I understand vary pair to pair due to the nature of how they are made. I where a 41, but the particular pair I ordered was still too small. I returned them in my own packaging because I didn't need to use the big box that all 3 items had come in, but I didn't send back the shoe box...didn't thing it was important (mistake #2). Now Scrubs and Beyond will not accept my return because the item was not in its original packaging, so I have a pair of very expensive shoes that do not fit. However, their return policy on their website does not state that original packaging is required. It has generally been a less than satisfactory experience for me and as a relatively new nurse I had hoped to use this website for much of my apparel needs because I hate shopping, but I will not make the mistake of ordering from Scrubs and Beyond again.

I have had a good experience but I google coupons to get free shipping. A lot less headache from other sites like all heart where it takes months to get my items. Plus they carry the color I need for Jockey scrubs which no one else seems to carry. I prefer to buy from them.

I had good experience with them. I understand it is upsetting that you spent the money on the shoes you can't wear but no place will accept a return on shoes not in the original box.

The best advice I can give you is...go in person to a scrub shop to try on scrubs. Then once you know the brand and style you like, you can order online in the future.
I acutally have gotten my favorite scrubs at the Scrubs and Beyond store and love their selections...if you want something they don't have, they will order it for you and ship it to your house. They are always carrying the most recent designs and are fairly priced with good quality.

I've gotten my scrubs there. Sure, it's expensive (as are all scrubs), but they have a large variety. They can order a size for you if they don't have it in the store. I saw someone return a lot of stuff there as well, including shoes. If you're ordering online, be sure to search for a coupon code (advice for all kinds of online shopping).
