RN PAY dialysis

Published

Hey I am looking for some info. I know pay is supposed to be secret for some reason but, am wondering what dialysis RN's are making in the Charlotte NC area. I am from Detroit MI area and I am thinking about relocating to warmer weather and I'm trying to see how much house I can afford if I move. I was told its much less in that area than here in MI I correctly make 40.25 per hour. I've been a RN for 9 years and have an ADN. Thanks for any info

Damn! That's premium wage! I make $31 base and I have 3.5 years acute experience. My differentials and mileage make my salary higher. I'm in PA

Thanks I appreciate it.

In Mass I made 40/hr plus 2/hr acute diff before becoming a manager. I have 3 years in HD. The Carolinas do pay significantly less.

I only make $35ish, Minnesota and have 16+ years experience in various feilds including critical care/anesthesia/general. I feel I am underpaid.

Why such low pay for RN's when revenue is billions of dollars a year?

Anybody knows average pay for RN in the DFW area?

Because all of the companies have highly paid CEOs, and bloated office staff

Cause revenue doesn’t necessarily equal profits. However, they do pay what they can get away with.

North Florida 32 a hour
