Call your BON and they’ll direct you on how to place your LVN license on inactive status. I became an RN in July and my LVN was going to expire in September. I called my BON and they had me write a letter requesting to place my LVN on inactive status. Hope this helps

Hello, Just saw your post amd wondering if you did start the program already. If not, when do you plan to apply? I have all my pre reqs ready, I just have to re do the Hesi to boost up my scores. Do you know of anyone who's been through the program? I would like to talk to them as well.
