265 questions for the second time HELP!!!

OK IM BACK FROM MY TEST AND OM MY GOODNESS!!! 265 again!!! im hoping for the best i feel like i got alot right and i had a ton of priority, SOME SELECT ALL A FEW CALCULATIONS , A COUPLE HERBAL MEDS AND REG MEDS so i felt like i passed so im confused as to why it kept going till the end! my last question was about inguinal herniopathy repair discharge instuctions. and which instruction would be priority to teach i was torn between telling them they will have trouble urinating for a few day or telling them to increase fiber and fluids. i picked fiber & fluids because it seemed the priority to teach. does that sound like a hard enough question to end on??

ANYONE WHO PASSED 265 PLEASE HELP WITH YOUR COMMENTS
