I love the idea of giving hc to everyone but punishing people based on their income. It should be given to everyone regardless of their income. I'm fortunate that my deductible is $400. A friend of mine is about $7500. Mind you, her insurance was perfectly fine before Obama Care. I wonder how many people out there will discover that while others get it for almost next to nothing, they get discriminated for working their ass off to live. The RNs I know personally aren't scandalous individuals. They don't even smoke or drink alcohol. Also, I just learned today from you that nurses have a bad reputation of being promiscuous. Maybe I am biased; however, I've never heard that nurses have reputations except a few of them that deserved that acknowledgment and recognition. Personally, I've noticed that promiscuity is not exclusive to nurses only.

It's an exaggeration or stereotype. In fact, each profession has a stereotype: dentist is insanely removing a patient's teeth, a social worker sleeping with his/her client, teacher is preying on kids, Asians study a lot, blacks commit crime, white males are pedophiles, white women are gold diggers, Asian women are prostitutes, etc. I'm an Asian, so I must study a lot and I'm also a prostitute. LOL. I don't care what people think really. That's their business.

I feel for you. My school has a short period of time to accept application, which is in December to the end of January. My prerequisites will be completed in Fall 2015. Hopefully, my school can process transcript in less than two weeks.

Some colleges allow repeated classes and other institutions do not, so keep searching. I'm in a school that penalizes students who repeated sciences.

I don't know what to say about this, but I do find it a little uncomfortable that an ex-con becomes an RN. Yes, I'm aware that she was a minor. It's not my job to give a license, so I'd say that good for her that she receives a second chance. I hope that she will not make a bad move.

I LOVE AN. As a non-native English speaker, being here regularly, I benefited from people who have a rich vocabulary and I learn the syntax of the English language. In an ESL class, it's rare to find a classmate that speaks English language proficiently, but the teacher.

That's interesting that each student at CC earns A. Where is this place? I want to relocate there. I have four science classes to go. I'm kidding. Anyway, I have personally never seen a cheating student throughout my academic experience. I didn't do it either. Also, I did take classes at the university. It was a large place. I love CC because it's a smaller class. Most importantly, it's affordable tuition fees. And I can seek help if I need it. At university, I paid ~$200-$400/credit unit (200-300 level). The 100-200 level at CC was a lot cheaper than of that university's classes. Why would I squeeze myself in a congested class?

I'll keep my mouth shut. yes, I was a working student in my early life. I completed high school and a few semesters in college.I still remember how hard it was. I appreciate my husband's effort to make sure that I'm free from anxiety. I'll make his delicious meal to show my gratitude.

I've met cheerful, neutral, grumpy, or sad people anywhere. I worked in a trader industry, restaurant, retailer, and mental health. Some people were cheap complainers. We'll see how I will react to people if I will become an RN, especially to my coworkers. Historically, I never had a conflict with anyone at work. I can work alone, or collaborate with others. People with attitude don't bother me anymore. I started working as early as ten year old in an environment where many people were. I didn't see or meet everybody, but I certainly witnessed and observed people enough. Nah, don't allow people destroy your day. Get used to some types of people.LOL. They are everywhere even though if you will not become an RN. There are many others to choose from. Why annoyed to catty, etc. type of people unless they cause your job a trouble?

I will summarize everything real quick for you readers: My teacher gets irritable or cranky if students do not participate/answer when he/she asks questions. When a student tries its best to be involved, he/she ends up stuck. The teacher gets irritable when a student makes mistakes. The class has been already difficult and this educator is making it harder for us students to be in it. It's already intimidating to speak up in the class and then we get insulted or busted in front of our colleagues if we give a wrong input. Perhaps, this dead science course is due to this educator's behavior, not just because it's difficult. Almost everyone in the classroom has been sitting passively; poor engagement during the lecture. FYI, this teacher is an awesome instructor and I've been doing well in the class, punctual, and respectful to everyone. Can someone help me understand this instructor? What's this instructor has been trying to convey us students other than learning the presented objectives? Disclaimer: I do NOT advocate educators to be clowns/comedians in the educational environment, and to treat me like a princess. I completely understand that school (study) is not for entertainment; it is for learning to gain knowledge & experience. I don't like it when this instructor disrespects my colleagues unreasonably nor I want my colleagues to disrespect our educator. I've never encountered a teacher like this one in the past. Definitely, I had difficult teachers that wanted us students to learn the materials, but not being contemptuous to students. I earned excellent grades from them. My previous teachers made me proud of my academic integrity and this current one. I wasn't someone who just wanted to pass their courses, but also part of the professionals. I intrinsically value knowledge.
