Hi Silverdragon. We have the same case. my first approval was Jan. 2005.Also the hospital didn't continue the petition and told us the facility will close. Then started again on Aug 2006 and I-140 approved last April 2007. Right now my agency asked me already to pay my visa fee.

Hello everyone. I just received my I-140 approval today and I'm so happy. My case was filed last Aug. 1, 2006 at Nebraska Visa Center.

My I-140 was filed last Aug.1,2006 and no approval yet I asked my agency about it and they told me that its not unusual since visa centers are slow because of retrogression. Is that true? Also I'm worried since they filed my I-140 for almost 1 year because of the wage rate requirement needed. I got the job offer last Sept. 2005.

Hello. I just also sent my application for license in Illinois. they also gave me a SSN. They told me I will receive my license after 4wks upon receiving the application fee. My friend already received her illinois license and she is still here in the Philippines.

Hi. I also took my exam in Hong Kong last Aug.30. I ran out of time. I also finished 263. But after 48 hrs I found out I passed. Dont worry they will base your passing rate on the last 60 items you've answered. Keep praying!

Hi. I also followed Suzanne study guide . I just read the Saunders Comprehensive Review 2nd Edition and answered the 4000 questions on the CD.I passed NCLEX on my first time

I ran out of time also. I only finished 263 questions.I took my exam last Aug. 30 and received my result after 48 hours and thank God I passed. So dont loose hope keep on praying!
