Great! That is exactly what I did until I could get into Peds. I am finally a Peds nurse for 9 months now.

Feels like what you are going through is exactly what i went through. It feels like I am starting all over again. I was charge nurse before getting into peds. I literally am growing all over again in a different unit - peds. It has been 9 months now and I am starting to feel better, I am building my confidence over time and getting closer to my ped team.

Hello everyone! I have a 2nd interview next week on the 9th for a RN new grad position at Asante Three Rivers Hosptial Med/Surg unit in Grants Pass, OR. I really would love some advice on how to ace this. I have been using some resources. I know to look up the company's name and about. I have looked at the most common questions during the interview. I also made copies and printed out my cover letter, resume, several references, copy of BLS card, and my diploma BS in psychology degree. What else or what advice? Thanks in advance!

Yes they mentioned that we should find out 1st week of May and if not, definitely find out 2nd week of May! I can't believe only 24 will be accepted!
