You should always hire an attorney if you can when dealing with the board of nursing. Go the your boards website and review whatever information they have about being under investigation what due process you will be extended.
This is a huge issue and more and more nurses need to start talking about this and bringing it to the forefront. Boards across the nation need oversight.
