Just getting the paperwork in has been an experience already!

I've been a nurse for 15 years and I love it. I've also styled hair since the age of 14 and I love that too. Lately I've been thinking about starting my own healthy hair salon. TN recently became approved to offer licensure for natural hair stylist, meaning no chemical use. The class is 17.5 weeks. I'll be graduating with MSN at the end of the month and have to decide what's next. What do you all think?

I'm dealing with some of the same issues with USA. I'm accepted for fall 2016 post master FNP. Then I got an email asking for papers again! The I was told that I may have to start fall 2017 í ½í¸³ I'm not waiting that long! The organization is horrible

Patho is very time consuming for me. There are case studies, discussion questions and more. If I had known it would be like this, I would've taken it alone.

I read that those "made easy" books are good for brushing up on patho & pharm.

Regional one health hospital still hire Lpns in some areas of the hospital, but I would suggest getting BSN as OP stated. Good luck!

I would go ahead and look into other programs.

I completed BSN from UofP April 2008. It is very doable with a full time job. Lots of reading and writing papers, no tests. Good luck!

Vanderbilt is a great reputable school.....I would NOT pass up on the opportunity. Finances will get tight but I think in the end you'll be glad of your decision.
