  1. Definitely night shift. I like the silence more than anything.
  2. I like long hikes too. Just looking at the greenery is so soothing.
  3. just calcium supplements. I am sure you know the important of those supplements for a woman.
  4. i get tension headaches a lot of times. All i do to get rid of them is listen to .... guess what.... the sound of rain. I loop it, listen to it and within a few minutes, i get better.
  5. feeling alone can wear you out. I do not feel lonely now but a few years ago, i guess i did. I have been there.
  6. i have to thank the meds for all the help. cannot imagine a day without them.
  7. To tell you the truth, i never thought i would be a nurse one day. It just happened and here i am .

  9. Hang in there. Take one step at a time and before you know it, you will be where you want to be. And you are right about anger and resentments. You will be better off without them.
