    I'm a new grad LPN and work in LTC. I had orientation-5days. I have 37 patients!!! Mentally, physically and emotionally stressful. My opinion, don't take it; not worth the stress!

    I liked Saunders a lot! IMO-I thought that book prepared me the most. I took my test January 4th (passed on 1st try with min amount of Qs)

    PDA is more geared twds RN but can be used for LPN as well. I used it ( more for the SATA Qs). Difficulty level of Qs is higher up. What books do u have?

  16. I also used the mnemonic books, plus look into the "incredibly easy" books. They have one for funds, med-surg, etc. also, peppermint aids with memory. I always had a cup of peppermint tea as I studied. During tests, have some peppermint gum, tea. ...

    This book is all questions-I used this to prepare + the Saunders book for content (green)-I did the questions at end of each chapter and any weak areas that I had I reviewed which happened to be Pediatrics
