    the nurse : patient ratio may be more in texas. i have never lived in any other state but texas, therefore i only know what i am told & read here on these forums. if, however the nurse : patient ratio is that much more here in texas than in cali....

    I agree with above post. Go for it! After several of years of " will I / won't I go from LVN to RN-BSN I've taken the steps, enrolled. Finally. I feel better allready just for making a decision. Good Luck!

    I would never give meds or admin. inj. I did not pull up. The only exception would be the ER.
