well, just relax and know you're not alone. many people fail. i still to retake mine too. we all put pressure on ourselves. on the 4th trys did you ever take the full test?

whoeve says nclex is easy is lying. nothing in life is easy. some people are good test takers no matter what but it's still a tricky test.

just curious, as a new grad. what position do you have in psych? i'm a new grad but still need to take nclex and would like to get into psych. have any suggestions to possible positions i could look for? i appreciate it.
