Hello everyone, I had an interview today at a hospital but I stumbled a lot because I was very nervous. The thing is I went to the UNION to search for a job, the lady there sent me to another lady whom I don't know if she was HR, then she referred me to the nurse manager(NM). I was interviewed with the NM and after the interview she didn't say whether she would call or anything(just thank you). I walked out of her office confused, she didn't even give me a tour of the unit. She talked to me about the shift and asked about experience. I DID get the feeling I might be hired but again with the NM not asking when you can start or we will contact you or anything that gives hope, I am worried. I sent her a thank u note after and she wrote back saying it was a pleasure meeting with me. Oh my what does that mean? ohhhhhhh somebody comment pleaseeeeeeeeeee

hello everyone I have an interview coming up at Beth Israel Hospital coming up and this job means a lot to me. I get very nervous for interviews and can mess up by not getting over my thoughts the right way. I heard there might be a pharmacology test, can anyone give me an idea what the interviewing might be like and or the test? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Hello everybody I am also a foreign trained nurse with five years experience in the OR/ICU/PACU. I have passed the NCLEX and have ACLS and BLS. I am looking for a hospital in Brooklyn New york for a position. I worked in may of 2009 last. Any help would be highly appreciated I am looking for 12 hrs night shift. thank you.

Hi I am also an experience nurse, the trouble is my experience is foreign. Everywhere I apply they ask if I have US Experience. I am already registered here in newyork and I'm hoping to get a job soon.

Hey I got the same thing. I think they are basically looking for nurses with BSN. I am convinced that they don't need new grads, I am not a new grad and I have applied to so many post they had and that same name sent that exact mail saying i wasn't chosen at this time for an interview. After wasting time applying for so much of their positions I thought I would get a positive response

I am with him over 10 yrs, he is my husband whether i get a green card or not. As someone mentioned, the topic was not about my marriage and whether it is real or not it's about the contract.

Hello hime17, i am in the exact situation as you are but believe me i don't ever worry about that. I signed a 3 year contract with an agency here in new york but that was before i passed the Nclex and they had agreed to help with the green card sponsoring but now i'm married to a citizen, i am awaiting my work permit. I don't think of them again, they didn't do anything for me. I need a job in the meantime while i'm awaiting my work permit.

hey Sinawahi which state are you located? I am also waiting on my working permit in new york, I really need a job until i receive my permit to work. Any help out there? The wait is killing me.

I have a question for u, I already passed the nclex and awaiting my license, how long did u wait to get yours and how long before your name appear on the board of nursing? I already took the madatory courses.

CGFNS would request a transcript from your school of nursing, once they have all required document they will forward them to where ever u apply for NCLEX. You can pay for the Nclex online or via money order the website http://www.pearsonvue.com

oh my oh my I'm a RN i just got it i PASSED. The trick works yes yes yes yes yes yes it works. All those who out there and questioning this trick please stop cause it works.

i took my exam Wednesday 12th but I'm still waiting for my result. I finish at 5:40pm or so, when will i get my unofficial result? I have soo much hopes after reading that once you get the pop up you pass. I can't wait to get it confirm

i am checking the hours, my results is still not available. I tried the trick again and it says the same thing."you have already schedule, contact the board of nursing, you cannot make another at this time" or something close. Should i go celebrate or what? If this trick really work for me I'll be uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh very very happy

I keep trying my name on new york BON but nothing, how long do we wait for our names to be on the BON ? This wait is killing me!

I am still waiting, i tried the trick again and the same pop up, i should find out my result today. i got a little sleep last night got up like 4am and prayed about it again. i hope this pop up works but i have faith that God would see me through. Someone was saying "I can understand if they post the result then u check and get that pop up u pass but I can't see they haven't even posted the result as yet but people feel they pass". I say why would it let persons who fail go all the way and those who pass can't. Ahhhh that can be something

i was still wondering if there is any other way of really knowing u pass other than waiting those 2 days. i mean i really want to trust the trick and i believe everyone but i don't feel i pass, could that trick be wrong? it's soo sooo sooooooooooooo scary. After hearing everyone who had that pop up passed, i feel soo less anxious but i still can't believe i pass. uhhhhhhhhh this wait is the longest, 2 day feels like two years of waiting to me.

Dear hlhulse i am in the same boat as you. i took mine on wed 12th and did the trick and it also popped up the message saying "our records indicate that you have recently schduled this exam, please contact the board of members". I think or something like that, i keep checking the new york BON but still nothing, i just tried the pearson vue trick again and it says the same thing. Oh gosh i know everyone here saying it worked for them and i know I prayed a lot ,my my my i just want to tell myself i pass but oh my i feel soo dizzy from lack of sleep. i haven't slept the 2 nights prior to testdate then for another 2 after ohhhhhhhhhh. someone answer back it is really making me feel better

The wait is too much am i the only one who is expecting result by tomorrow on this thread? Also who tried the trick and got the pop up, i can't stop trying the trick, i am also thinking maybe it might just let me register another time even though up to now it still give me the pop up to contact the boards
