  2. i got maybe one endocrine on nclex rn and passed and my friend had like 20 endocrine and passed.

I used saunders 4th kaplan review book priority, delegation and prioritization book Nclex game- its kinda cheesy when you think about it but its a fun way to study nclex 3500- can find online just by typing it into google kaplan meds just for the nclex rn bookalso take a look at the random facts and infection control thread!!! hope that helps. best of luck studying
  4. i went to school in philly and took a job in baltimore i think base pay is around 28 hourly i took a salary position of about 60,000
  5. keep ur head up! you still have a high chance of passing ... i only had 1 sata and no math and still passed. everyones different. keep us posted!

  9. i took the exam on friday and found out i passed sunday. i used meds pub some. We got it from school. its pretty good for rationale. i know on the exam there were a few questions pretty close to kaplans. i used saunders for content. i really good book is the priority, delegation book... i HIGHLY recommend it.

  12. so i pretty much was freaking out over the weekend.. trying to figure out what i was going to do because i felt 99% sure i failed.. i cried most of the weekend and had that feeling deep down that i failed. so i woke up like every hour since 4 checking pearson. anddd finally after 48+ hours i found out i passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! officially a Johns Hopkins Nurse:nurse: oh in case anyone wonders 1 or 2 sata 10+ maternity 10+ peds insane amount of meds... osteo, cholesterol and diuretics...cardiac one put in order a handful delegation some teaching and psych questions and majority priority thanks for all the support... it helped a ton!!!!!!!!
  13. i took my test friday at 8 am.. do i have to wait till monday or tuesday for results? my state has quick results but its just says results not available at this time.. is that a bad sign?

  16. i woke up this morning and feel sick... i could barely sleep.. the wait is agonizing... im hoping the best for both of us!!!! well actually all of us that took it recently... it was the worst test of my life lol oh and for the person who asked about what SATA.. its Select all that apply
  17. i barely used the text books in nursing... most of the time a waste of money. i honestly was spending upwards of 1000 a semester on books.. i went to a pretty good school and got good grades

  21. keep your head up.. you will be amazed of what you can do when you know you need it the most.
  22. i was a full time student and worked full time. I think its just a matter of organization and prioritizing. I will admit i did get burned out at times.. but it def helped me during crunch times because i knew what i had to get done if i didnt have that much time. best of luck! im sure you can do it.
  23. yes i felt the same way... just try to refocus. i think everyone gets burned out in nursing school... med surg is always the hardest because its alot of information. keep ur head up. if you need any support, id be more than willing!
  24. keep applying... dont limit yourself... even if you have to start at a small hospital. if possible even looking into traveling? does nj include tri state license? just some suggestions! i applied everywhere possible... and it just takes some places longer to get back to everyone. tr getting ur resume looked at and critiqued.
  25. i just took the test and had a ton of pharm... most drugs never heard of werent even tv drugs... i had a ton of lipid drugs... osteo and heart. honestly you can try to do as many questions as possible and you will see them come up.
