  1. I know if you get a larger group of students to go on the same day they will give you a discount.
  2. I think everyone feels like they failed after they take it. My first 30 questions I was like this isn't bad, but as I went I flipped out!! I found out yesterday I passed!!! It's over now though and all you can do is relax. You did your best and were prepared which is all anyone can do. Good luck!!!!
  3. Honestly, I studied my butt off on cardiac, respiratory, antibiotic and thrombolytic drugs and none were on there!!! I had lipitor and fosamax and only 2 questions each on those (pretty sure I got the first wrong on both so that's why I got the second questions on them). HTH!
  4. I felt the same way after I took mine on Wednesday. I was done in an hour and it shut off at 90. I thought 90?! I'm screwed thats such an odd number. I cried all of wednesday. I found out yesterday I passed! It is possible, but just try to place it out of your mine and relax. It's over now and there's nothing you can do. Just relax and do something for you. It's worth it, I promise!
  5. Congratulations nurse!
  6. What I did was attend the Kaplan sit in class and did lots of q bank questions the week before the test. In fact that was all I did the week before was questions. I would take a break every hour or so just because I knew I wouldn't be able to maintain my concentration if I didn't. When I would do my qbank quiz I would take it, get my results and read why I got things wrong, and then come back to that quiz a few hours or days later to see what my score was. If it was not in the 90s I did it again. I essentially took at least all the qbank questions twice. I feel like I barely slept the night before the test, but I did improve my nutrition the week or two before. HTH
  7. Don't get discouraged! What I did take the review class from Kaplan (sit in and qbank questions) and then my school put on a review from ATI. The more questions the better because you got through nursing school and that was the hard part! Just keep going, it will make your success that much sweeter!
  8. Blushingnurse No as soon as your results are available through quick results (if your state has them) pearson vue will state that they are available to view under the current activity status. You will be able to click on it, will have to fill out your credit card information and then you will be able to see your results. Good luck!
  9. YAY!!! Congratulations Nurse!!!
  10. I had no math calc, only 4 drugs questions (on 2 drugs), and 2 SATA and I passed! Most of mine was prioritizing and I got 90 questions. Good luck!
  11. Thanks for all the kind words all! So excited, now I just need to find a job!!! For some of you who PMed me, I cannot PM back yet. That being said I studied my major drugs (cardiac, respiratory, thrombolytics). I went over my antibiotics and knew my side effects for them. Other than those drugs I did not go over any of the more common ones, which is of course what I got. HTH!
  12. I PASSED!!!! I CAN"T BELIEVE IT!!!! I was shaking and crying when I got my results because I was so sure I failed. Thank you all so much for all of your encouragement and support, I would have gone crazy without it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
  13. So I'm absolutely certain I failed. I have been studying with ATI and Kaplan, passed nursing school with no problem but I know I failed my NCLEX this morning. This is the worst day ever! I went in there thinking that because I've done over 2000 questions I was prepared, along with reading the Kaplan book and doing ATI tests. I studied all day for the last week with content and questions from the qbank quizzes from Kaplan. The first 30 questions didn't seem bad, but then I just didn't know anything. I studied cardiac and respiratory drugs, not things like lipitor and fosamax (I didn't concentrate on those when I studied). I didn't have any med calc, mostly prioritizing and lab values and then it shut off at 90 questions!!! I felt like I guessed on so many questions. I was done in a little over an hour. I'm freaking out because I feel like even though I studied so much (I made sure I was getting 90% and above on my kaplan qbank quizzes before today) I still feel like a failed and I"m in the 15%. Seriously, an hour?! Please help I can't stop crying and feeling like a loser!
