how do you answer job interviews?
Hi guys! I just recently graduated in June, took a month off to self-study and do KAPLAN then took the nclex in august and passed. I just have a question, what questions do they normally ask in an interview? I'm having an interview with the hospital that I applied to tomorrow and I'm nervous as hell (knowing that I don't go so well at interviews, it's making me nervous) I don't have a problem doing what I'm suppose to do but sometimes it just gets me so intimidated when you're in a big room full of people trying to get a piece of you asking you all these questions, lol! and the silence is just nerve racking. Need some word of advice here, I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi guys it's me again happypill... thanks for replying ned2bnurse... well it's officially friday since it's 43 minutes past midnight.. still can't sleep.. just watching tv.. well like i said my test is going to be today at 2pm... still having the jitters, the butterflies in my stomach and cool clammy skin... i've always been the worry-wort.. i worry for the little things... grrrr... i hate this.. the waiting... having to take the test... it's all so serious... i heard from a friend of mine that the test center is painted all white... it's all quiet and u could even hardly see anyone because they put you in an individual cubicle and headphones(optional) on... it makes me nervous as hell... i wish they could lighten up all the seriousness a little bit... :redpinkhe maybe put some colors in the room or some smooth music (since there's earphones anyway) me getting nervous is not really a good combination especially when taking a test, lol.... hopefully i'll be able to suck it all up and just do the test... pray for me guys! i need it! thank you so much!!!!! i think im going to *barf*.... j/k....

Sigh, I don't know. Maybe Im just underestimating myself. It's just that sometimes when my peers have these conversations I notice that they really talk big and they actually know what they're talking about. I on the other hand would rather use simple terms and even ask the most simple questions and they would look at me like Ehhh? hahaha.. Hopefully I won't lose my brain and finally find that confidence pill I've been looking for just in time for my nclex ....

Hi to ALL, I just graduated in June and will be taking the NCLEX in a week. Obviously, im really nervous about it. Not to mention the pressure coming from my family and peers. I know for sure that I am not one of those smart, intelligent people and sometimes I still wonder how I got this far (determination? I guess ever since I was a kid I always wanted to go into those small towns in other countries to help out), if only I could have that confidence back. Do they sell that in the store? cause im really running low on it. Looking back at my class I guess I was the dumbest one. Clinicals was the best but when it comes to hitting the books forget it, I will have a memory lapse every now and then. I'll try my best to pass this test and I know a little prayer goes a long way. For sure I don't know you guys, but I will include you all nclex test takers in my prayers. Im going to St. Patricks Church in Manhattan this Sunday, I'll send some words to the MAN up there :) The Saint for Impossible Causes: St. Jude!
