With my agency they tell me where the location is and if I am interested. They know that their CNAs also work for other agencies so our schedules could already be filled, etc So it's not a big deal if you turn it down. I was offered like 5 or 6 cases...

I think they can setup a payment plan for you. You have to pay a deposit but then you can pay over a few months instead of all at once.
