  12. hi, read your post and wanted to offer some reassurance. i passed on nov 7 w/ 78 questions. this was my 2nd time testing. i also had lots of priority questions. good luck 2 u. -tflorn
  13. hey girlie!!!! as i have been telling you all along, you can do this. no one goes in knowing all they needed to know its just a risk you take. we were all scared out our wits! no matter when you test, i cant wait to hear the good news. i know you will be fine. -tflorn
  14. hi, i passed my 2nd time around w/ suzannes plan. it only uses 1 book and most importantly ....its free! oh yeah, i knew i passed when i left (not meaning to toot my own horn). suzannes plan really prepared me. imo, its a guaranteed pass if it is followed correctly. book: saunders comprehensive review 3rd edition w/ the cd that accompanies it. good luck. tflorn
  15. One blessing told, another just around the corner. Im glad everything turned out good for you. Now yes it is time to start focusing on boards. Good luck to you -TfloRN
  16. and brownsuga83 suzannes plan will get u what u need. follow her plan exactly and please use only 1 book and you will pass too. i passed on my 2nd try with her plan only. saunders book & cd 3rd edition. dont give up no matter what! -tflorn
  17. no problem. i know that using her plan helped me pass and if you do it exactly as she has stated, you will pass too. i was a 2nd time test-taker and i had my doubts but thanks to it i am a rn. everything i was tested on came from the saunders book and cd. there was not 1 subject that i was not familiar with that i could not use the process of elimination and answer. take your time and dont rush. if you take your time, the knowledge to answer the question will come. best luck to you. -tflorn
  18. exam date: nov 6 used suzannes plan & passed. -tflorn
  19. I also passed w/ Suzannes plan 2 weeks ago. It was my 2nd try. You can pass it no matter if its been 14 yrs or not. If u have to take a refresher course, then so be it. I have friends that had to take one after 2 yrs. As far as your study for the test, I recommend Suzannes plan mainly cause its free and secondly cause I used it and passed on my 2nd attempt. Everyone is scared and its normal to think that u are gonna fail again. Its up to u to change that frame of mind and think positive. Suzannes plan will help restore your confidence. Im so glad I used it. -TfloRN
  20. i also passed w/ suzanne's plan. i had my doubts at first but im glad i stuck w/ it. hope this helps. -tflorn
  21. sometimes, you have to sacrifice that extra time you have and do what you have to do.this plan is definitely not a waste of time. i can assure you of that. you should perhaps come up with a study plan that you can work in with your work schedule. her plan is doable if the person using it is serious about it. if you want that rn behind your name, it is achievable with just a little dedication and preparation. you will be glad you did use it, i surely am. -tflorn
  22. look at the top of the forum. it says new revised tip of suzannes plan. suzanne is a moderator on this site. she helps a lot of people pass nclex for free. you only need 1 book (saunders 3rd edition-it must have the cd in the back). you have to follow the plan exactly as it is written. i used it and passed and so has many others. hope this helps. -tflorn
  23. correction....you are not dumb. they need to incorporate a nursing class entitled how to master nursing exams from hell.. lol -tflorn
  24. i think its very important not to rush during your exam. take your time and read each answer carefully. the worst thing is rushing. pay no attention to the clock, its intimidating. if 2 answers are correct, pick the 1 with the most detailed information however make sure it applies to what is being asked. 2nd, know that priority questions are good. if you get them, then you are doing something right. you are gonna be fine. good luck and relax, cant wait to hear the good news. - tflorn
