What I did was I also send an email to the NM BON and to Ms. Viduarrri as well just try to look for their email add at their website.. also state all pertinent information regarding your registration with Pearson Vue.. Good luck and may God's grace b...

You can call the pearson vue for follow up or chat with the pearson agent in the evening philippine time just give the candidate and the registration number and for sure they will be willing to answer all your queries.. hope this helps..good luck!
