I work 5 days a week, and get paid every 2 weeks. Now, when i work over 40 hrs. in a week, shouuldn't i receive overtime for that week? My co. just adds everything together for the 2 weeks. What so you think about this? is this common?

I use Armege, which also is expensive but it really helps with my headaches. Co pay helps.

Do any of you have trouble getting prescribed pain meds from your doc when you are in legitimate pain. Why the fear? FDA? I think this is unfair since pain is now recognized as the 5th vital. Any input appreciated, and how you handled this situation....

You have to take care of yourself first. Your body is letting you know that's its too much. Give it some thought, and than do what your heart tells you too. A change in job field may be just what you need.

Chainedchaos had a good reply. I think everyone doubts themselves at times. Give yourself time. Try the refresher course. Ask for help. Is there a shift where more people would be available to offer support? I wish you the best.:)
