for those of us who have already taken boards, please answer a few questions that might help ease the minds of those who are still waiting to test or for results. i know reading as much as possible about other people's experience helped me feel a little bit better while i waited. 1. how many questions did you take on nclex? around 85-90 questions in an hour 2. what study materials did you use? did you take a test review course? suzanne's plan, my kaplan book and q trainer 3. did your son offer any testing (eri, ati, hesi)? none 4. how long did you wait for results of the test, or are you still waiting? i've waited 3 months because of that fingerprint clearance from doj.(ca-bon) 5. what were your thoughts coming out of the test (total disbelief, certainty you had failed, confident you had passed) when i came out from the testing center i say a little prayer and whatever his plans for me i will accept it... 6. was this your first attempt at nclex? 2nd attempt and passed:balloons::balloons::balloons: goodluck for those who are still waiting.they can because they think they can....

I'm sorry to hear that...i suggest that give yourself a break,,,as you move on try to narrate your weakness..i bet if you use suzanne's plan you will pass on your 5th try....don't loose hope sweetie...we don't want you to spend another money to those expensive review class..suzannes plan is free of charge all you need is the saunders book and the cd....

you're just in a right track...i did suzanne's plan and read my kaplan book and i passed my 2nd time..now i am an RN with flying colors....thank you suzanne....

I did 100 questions per day no more no less and even if i answered correct to a certain question i make sure that i still need to read and understand that question by heart and by mind...

If you are going to take your nclex in california...you need that fingerprint..you can request directly to www.rn.ca.gov .just supply the necessary information and wait for a few weeks to be mailed...

To ladyrn, i sent my retake form to ca bon with $75 fee for the retake and exactly 45 days i received my elegibility letter or the att and send it with $200 fee and then after 3 days i received an email containing my att number from then you can able to schedule your preferred date of exam...

after 3 months of waiting i finally got my result and i passed..:balloons::balloons::balloons:.i took my nclex rn at ca bon.i failed on my first try but then i used suzanne's plan and followed it strictly on my second try...a million of thanks to suzanne...and thanks to almighty god..i love allnurses.com:balloons::balloons::balloons::balloons::balloons::balloons::balloons:

I took my test "june 12" until now i'm still waiting for the result either by mail or by the web...when i woke up this morning i picked up the phone and call the ca bon and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and while waiting as if im going to puke i dont know how to feel,and suddenly somebody grab the phone and she asked me little information my test date,full name and date of birth...i asked her whats the hold up on my case until now i dont have anything on my hand...afterwards she said that they are still waiting for the response oF DOJ regarding my fingerprint clearance(coz i used hard card for my fingerprint) and then i asked the lady so you mean to say that i passed? and the lady replied we dont release result via phone...that's all i got for this morning...maybe its a good news hah... For those who are still waiting dont loose hope...prayers prayers prayers...GOD BLESS :nono:
