I'm done with all of my pre-reqs (all of which I've paid with cash as I've gone) so all I have left is nursing school. Ours (ADN program) lists a total of $5000.00 which includes graduation fees. Not too shabby!

I personally worked a 40+ hour a week job during most of my pre-reqs (including ALL of my sciences) and I did just fine. That being said, I have since become a stay-at-home mom and will stay that way through nursing school, which I start in the Fall....

I was waitlisted for the Spring semester at TCC so I know how you feel. I didn't end up getting in but the nursing office said that I was "near the bottom" of the list. Good luck to you though!!!

No, I took mine last September and the results are good for one year. I don't think I could handle the stress of taking that thing again! Other than orientation, I'm ready to go. There's a study guide available online that was really helpful for me.....
