I have an an invitation interview from Davita on Aug 7, 2014. Usually what is there starting rate? What are their interview questions?

You have a chance. You will pass the exam. Just concentrate on few materials only like Saunders for content review, and PDA by la charity and Kaplan Qtrainers for practice. Study also basic ekg graph, infection controls, and most importantly believe in yourself and PRAY BIG.

I failed in my 2nd attempt. My exam is full of SATAs and drugs side effects. I also encountered labs values in most of the exhibits. I've got 210 questions and time expired. I consumed so much time in the first 75 items. Perhaps if I reached the 265 items, I have pass the NCLEX-RN exam. Most of my labs value are in G/L unit and I know only the mE/dL unit. Example of this is BUN of 8 G/L. I don't know if it is normal or high or low value. Also, most of my answer choices are in "quotations" in the first 75 items. Can anyone explain the G/L unit? Is this Gram/Liter? Do i need to convert it to mE/L to equal(jibe) with my known(memorize) values in mE/L?

CA-BON requirement if you are BSN graduate in the Phils. is passing a local board in the Phils., among others. CA-BON will also required you to submit a photocopy of your SSN. Also (accdg to them who previously applied for NCLEX-RN exam in CA starting Jan. 2012), you will also required to submit your Delivery and OR Cases.
