    Hi all, I am new to the site and have been reading old posts regarding Davita. I would really appreciate feedback for this company that is more current than what I've been finding. I'm in the interview process with Davita, in Texas, and would really appreciate getting the inside scoop from current/recent employees such as starting RN salaries, typical day, orientation process, training, etc. I am switching specialties and have no idea what to expect. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
