So glad I decided against this school.

I decided against Wilkes once again. After joining the other FB groups, I am not feeling this program. I have decided to apply to other schools.

LaSalle University does 7 week classes.

That was the plan for me, but now I am having second thoughts with this school. I don't have time and money to waste on being frustrated with lack of communication and disorganization. I am still waiting for feedback on my transfer credits. No one knows y it's taking so long. Smh

Honestly I not really concerned about that, I am confident that if they can't place me I have other options. I try to think positive and a lot of schools have students jumping through hoops to find sites. I am just fortunate to be able to meet a lot of new people and established connections.

That's completely understandable, I am not looking forward to the on campus requirement, only because it is a 2 hour drive. But I will cross that bridge once I get to the 2 courses that require it. I have a zoom Fall welcome on the 21st, hope all sounds good. Good luck with your decision.

@2015bsngirl I was accepted into the program for fall 2021 as well.

I actually accepted a seat and then found out I was accepted into LaSalle's FNP program. They will actually be finalizing their PMHNP soon so I will be able to change my track at that time. But I think I am going to complete the FNP track then get my certification for PMHNP after that. This was a better option for me because I attended there for my BSN and my employer offers a discount per credit. They also allow you to take one course at a time until you go into your clinicals. At that time you are required to take 6 credits per semester. And it's hybrid some classes are online and some are at the Bucks or Philadelphia campus which is much more convenient for me.

No problem I had my group interview last week waiting on a decision.

I didn't even get my packet yet from them so afraid to see how much it will cost. I just had an interview at La Salle University Tuesday so now I am torn. If I get into LaSalle's program I have to decide. Ughhh

Did you have to go to a group interview for the program?

Neither does a lot of other schools. I have co workers that are in programs that didn't require it either.

But I was accepted into the BSN-MSN program.

No I didn't.

I was accepted for Spring 2019 as well.
