They used to offer me two dollars extra per hour (plus it would have been overtime, so time and a half) to pick up on a certain home care case that they were having a hard time keeping fully staffed. Somehow, it was never quite appealing enough.

I just want to say thank you for your service to our country, welcome home. As far as PA vs. nursing, I know that a PA would have more independance than a nurse would, but certainly both careers are rewarding.

That's weird, I always did vital signs when I was a CNA. How can they expect you to get anything/everything done when they won't even LET you delegate anything out to the people on your team?
