3 States Won't License Excelsior's ADN Grads
I graduated from excelsior because I was a NAVAL Corpsman. I was able to take my general education courses at community college and exams at the military base. I graduated quite some time ago since I was taking paper exams. I ended up with a BS in Public health from another university and completed my ADN with excelsior. I did come back and complete my BSN with excelsior and then got my MSN from another university. I completed my Doctorate in medicine and I have a PhD. OK, so with that being said one year on gen eds and then treat your exams like you would if you were in school 3 exams at a time and 12 weeks studying. now if that is too much find what works for you. You would then need to plan for the waiting period for your clinical exam. I would say maybe 3 years at the most. Ignore any trolls who come on here talking about MY school clearly they are just here to be trolls. FYI , If you live in a compact state ALABAMA won't matter because its apart of the compact. I think MD is as well. Good luck with your journey.

license by endorsement california specifics
I think you will be ok because chamberlain is a school with a clinical component. I recall the license processer telling me to get my BSN through a school with a clinical component and I should be fine. I, however, went back to excelsior for my BSN and then I am now completing my NP elsewhere.

Should I try and become a Nurse in a Naturopathic Clinic or a Naturopathic Doctor?
Its 22 states and I went to school and became a naturopath physician and the money is not comparable to allopathic physicians, which is no different then how chiropractic is much lower than its Doctor of Osteopathic counterparts. But my suggestion is to get with a complementary alternative practice or a multi skilled practice. I remember thats what got me into naturopathy in the first place. I worked in a practice that had a mixture of providers. acupunturist, allopathic physicians, homeopathic physicians and naturopaths. Hmmmm the cancer center of america hires nurses and they also have naturopathic physicians as well. That might be one idea.

Should I try and become a Nurse in a Naturopathic Clinic or a Naturopathic Doctor?
Holsitic medicine can be rewarding but you will not make alot of money. Most Nurses make more money than most Naturopathic physicians. Now you could also go to NP school and work in a clinic that specializes in integrative medicine as well.

After Excelsior, 2019
I am also a grad of Excelsior but I graduated many years ago. I hit the ground running post grad and immediately obtained work. It was a lot of self teaching and using forums and and study groups. But i will say i went back and obtained my BSN from the school and went on to obtain my MPH and my doctorate in naturopathic medicine. The self paced study made me a great student in my future educational endeavors.

LIES About LPN's and LVN's
My mother is an LPN who has been one for over 28 years. she makes $24 hr and she considers this top dollar. I am an RN and make $55 per hour. You will find pay ranges will differ depending on your position. I She also has an associate degree she obtained after lpn school. She has worked as an LPN mostly in nursing homes, home care . The canvas is changing as my sister is an LPN as well and works as a cord blood banker. She however took the position under the contractual obligation that she completes her RN in a certain period of time or be replaced. she makes $18 hr with 7 years experience. I would tell others that there is nothing wrong with LPN however your RN opens many other doors and the scope is still much larger. If you are just comparing pay ranges and meeting a LPN that was a supervisor and these are your goals then this is fine but you must understand home health can have a LPN supervisor if she is supervising HHA,CNA's and other LPNS. What she cannot do is manage the RN's. Good luck in your future endeavors. I hope that you attempt the RN again. I love all the different levels of nursing as i started as an CNA many moons ago.

Cheap online MSN / FNP programs
I am not sure because you are in a different program than I am . the scholarship I received because I was a MSN student. I am sorry you have exhausted your financial aid so soon in this process. I would probably ask the admissions rep what they have to offer as well. If you are an RN I would look at employers who provide tuition reimbursement as well.

Stay in the MSN+DNP or drop out after the MSN?
The DNP does nothing for your NP career clinically.

I am at Walden. I got a scholarship for $4000 and the military discount of 10 percent which helped cut my cost. I will start my clinicals in November.

Religion & Ectopic Abortion
2001 Methotrexate saved my life. I had an ectopic pregnancy and I almost died. I was in extreme pain and was 8 weeks pregnant in my fallopian tube. If it went one more day i would have bled to death in my sleep. The embryo had no heart tones and instead of losing my tube this preserved my ability to carry children, I later had two more babies and i am very blessed. I am very christian but i have a more open thought process when it comes to abortion.
