I am using Saunders right now too. I haven't gotten 75 on them all but the stuff I miss, is stuff that I have seen before on some questions so it's stuff I need to know. Don't be discouraged just look at is a great review of the content that you will definitely need to know. It is not going to hurt you only help you. I hope it helps!!

Talking about burnout. I failed the Nclex on 7/28/06 and is re-studying. This time I am using Saunders. I had studied everything in that darn book which is filled w/so much content. Went to Barnes and Noble and bought Saunder's Q&A book along with Lipp. Oh my goodness if I don't pass the 2nd time, I will quit nursing. Okay no I won't but I really want to be an RN. Worked so hard in school and .........................oh man, I am really depress right now.
Ty Guys.
Nursing28, just don't let the negativity drag u down - save ur energy for NCLEX...sigh!

I'm also studying to NSUXX again next month. The first time I used the Saunder's Q&A book. This time I'm using the Saunder's Comprehensive Review. I think it does help fill in memory gaps of content. I think that the Suander's Q&A book is good after you've used the comprehensive one.

Don't be depressed! You're all going to do great! Easier said than done, but try to be positive. :) Think of how the weight of the world will be lifted off your shoulders once you pass!

You are not the only one. I take breaks frequently and sometimes I don't feel like studying so I just try to do something that relaxes me. My test is in 4 days so I try to relax and not be stressed even if sometimes I'm getting nervous since this is my third try.
It's okay to take breaks and relax if you don't feel like studying but make sure you have goals everyday. Like do 20 questions at least per day so you won't lose your focus. Goodluck.
