Giggles01: I have a question when you were accepted to kendall did you apply to it ? Or did they offer it? Because when I applied for Winter 2011 I only had ft.Lauderdale and Ft.Myers as options.

Boo, from what I know they only refer those who chose the main campus and I think according to their address to the Kendall campus.

Boo, I think the same as Nursekitty but i know you can call A.O and ask her to email the director of the Kendall campus to see if she would take you once u are accepted.

Ok, Im actually going to the counselor hours today at 6-7 so i have a list of questions I need asked lol.... So if anybody wants me to ask questions for winter let me know

Boo, for the kendall campus the baptist scholars students attend there due to the program, however, its based on your address... many ppl who are not in the baptist scholars program for my class are registered for the kendall campus... so i am guessing they chose it based on your address so you wouldnt have to do the drive, however, you have to drive up there for your first semester anyways for the anatomy class. Everyone takes the same anatomy so you would have to drive up for davie regardless but in the long run if you are accepted to Kdendal then you should be fine because after your semester you are based out of kendall... so its a save on gas lol.... hope this info helped and goodluck...

I think you are going to the orientation. I went about two weeks ago. It's very general. They tell you nothing new besides what is on the website. When I asked specific questions regarding my transcript, the guy did not want to answer me. He claimed that he is not allowed to do that. When I went. It was only a good friend of mine and myself. Set up an appointment. I think that since they have the orientation everyday it does not get so busy on wednesdays night. also, I was hoping that A.O. was in the office but the guy told me that she does not work nights and that the best way to contact her is by email which is true. She always replied quickly to my emails. Good luck.

Boo, I originally applied to Ft. Lauderdale on my application. Once I was accepted I asked A.O to transfer me to the Kendall campus since I found out through this website it was an option. She emailed the Director of the Kendall campus and the Director of the Kendall campus accepted me. I received an email and about a week later I received the letter confirming my acceptance for the Kendall campus. I didn't know it was based on address but it would make sense since I live behind the Baptist Hospital on Kendall Drive. The Kendall campus is 10 mins from my house!

Mayteb, thank u so much for the heads up.. I am still thinking about my job and how many hours I should work when I start the program. I finally got my information packet and paid the $500 over the phone. Next, I have to send in my intent to enroll form.

I may just work only Sundays 845am to 3 pm not sure yet.

I just got back from the orientation, it was a little general but It had great information. What I didnt know was that the program is M-F from 9-5, I knew it was monday through friday but i didnt know about the hours. Also, he mentioned the Kendall campus and how i should speak to ashley when I receive my acceptance. Thanks for the responses the information really helps me! Also,almost forgot the guy was telling me that the January program theres no baptist and they dont even know if its going to be available for fall of 2011 -_- which really sucks but w.e.
