Do I get it right? After the CBT, NMC will send you downloadable 'packs' which should be accomplished. Is it possible for me to get my hands on those packs even without CBT so I can prepare them and send it immediately to them after my CBT? Thanks a lot!!

I'm still starting the assessment stage but I really don't think that's allowed (I got my forms mailed to me from the old scheme). Try to ask Omanfil instead for the papers that you'll need to submit. Some of the forms need to be filled up by your school and PRC. For PRC, it'd be better to just prepare the requirements needed for the state board verification form, like transcript and the likes. PRC should have a list of prerequisites. Same with your school; they should know what documents you need to procure accompanying the NMC forms they'll be filling up. Oh, and ask for an extra official school envelope, just to be safe.

It'd be unwise to go through the PRC forms prior to CBT because NMC needs the licensing body itself (in this case, our beloved PRC) to mail it directly to England (though PRC gives you an option to "courier" it, provided you pay). They'd probably just discard it seeing as you haven't gotten your CBT results yet.

nope coz there are forms that from

nmc that your school, prc and reference needs to fill up. But if you really want to get ahead on doing something, you can process your police clearance and transcript of records. Just make sure it is still within three months when you submit it with nmc.

I tried it. I wanted to know what the screen looks like and how the exam works. it actually gives you 5 sample questions of the exam. you should try it. it helps lessen your anxiety

thank you! i was able to send the health verification, prc and employment references already. the school documents are giving me a headache. I suggest others to request required documents first to avoid such hassle in having them fill up a 3 pages document..

Anyway, if it helps, you guys should also know what NMC and their code really represent ideally and what they are not. I encountered an item related to this, which almost got me a fail.

I had trouble with this, too. Basically what NMC wants is a transcript where each subject is broken down into its theoretical (classroom) and clinical hours. Our college's transcript and clinical experience breakdown aren't formatted like that, but they do have workarounds like our full nursing course description, wherein each subject is broken down appropriately. That's what I submitted to NMC--along with my CE/RLE and ToR--back in the old scheme and they didn't have a problem with it. If your school is flexible enough, you could request for a waiver with the registrar/dean's signature and your school's dry seal and maybe have them include an unofficial breakdown, but it must match the one they listed in your NMC school form.

I am currently on the Full Application and Assessment. I would just want to clarify regarding the "WORK EXPERIENCE" part. May I know who are qualified to serve as reference? Are my senior co workers, charge nurses allowed to fill up my form? how about Clinical Nurse Educators? or the Head of the Nursing Care Group?
