What kind of nicknames do your co-workers have at work? For example, our dietician is known as 'the fluffchick' because she is definitely a 'girlie' girl.
We also have the one-armed bandit and Sybil.

"Sausage Girl" for a med records person who wears her clothes way too tight. One day she was wearing a tight pink blouse and she looked like a vienna sausage.

I work with a lady named Mary Frances, and we affectionally call her MF. The new employees are always a little shocked, but she insists that as long as there is love in our voice, it's okay with her. :)

Once I had to work with a nurse manager that had a long pointed nose, not too long but very pointed and straight. Unfortunately her name was Rosemary and she ended up being affectionately called 'Nosemary', still feel sorry for her now.
Another nurse who was genuinely cristenned Kenneth Tuckey (way before the Col Sanders came to be!) Yes he was of course called KFC!
During nurse training there were two Annes in one group - one called big Anne and one called little Anne. Big Anne was barely 5'1" and little Anne was 5'0" and tubby! Never could work that one out.
