Need metric conversion chart ASAP! I just started clinical FINALLY, after all the academics, and I have to learn it fast!!!

You may need to make your own list. Find all of the conversions you need and put them together on one list.
That's odd. I find all kinds of printable charts.

do a little research on google metric conversion chart..... there are numerous ones
Ok before yall beat me up here is my issue...
book says 1 cm & 4 cm
she says 1/2 inch & 1 inch
metric conversion.org says 1 inch= 2.5 cm

Probably her instructor.
A few I remember off the top of my head:
20C = 70F
37C = 98.6F
1 pound = 0.5Kg (approx)
100 pounds = 45.5Kg (approx)
200 pounds = 90.7Kg (approx)
I remember it as "a little less than half".
1 inch = 2.5cm
4 inches = 10cm (approx)
1 mile = 1.6km
5k = 3.1 miles
10k = 6.2 miles
15k = 9.3 miles
marathon = 26.2 miles
