nclex - i can do it !

Hello everyone! I'm new to this site. Just registered actually but I've been visiting this site a lot for sometime now. I love reading such encouraging, upbuilding words from everyone about their NCLEX experiences. Such encouragement has given me the courage to study for the NCLEX exam once again. I am so thankful I found this site. Just the right site to be....

I always wanted to study & take my nclex again but just didnt find enough support & encouragment. I failed nclex twice already. I've been procastinating to study for a long time now. At one point I told myself to simply switch career but NO, I decided to stick to nursing. Its just this one exam I need to pass so badly. My frustration of not passing is still hanging in there. Such frustration intensified when 2 of my younger siblings passed their nclex the first try last year. And now both are working and earning well. To add up my frustration my parents say I need to step down to NCLEX-PN if still cant pass the NCLEX-RN. What a frustration!

With this site, I know I will make it this time. This site has given me a positive attitude. I have planned ahead to study as much as I can. I'm looking at the month of June to take the nclex. I need to pass now. Also, I'm doing this for my own family- my son & husband.

I feel you pain. Don't procrastinate, go ahead and take it. You can prepare a lot but after all the NCLEX is a test of performance, and you are never fully prepared until you put it in your mind that you are going to go in there, read the question once or twice, think about it for a moment, decide on a answer and stab it! Don't take more than one minute per question. See the NCLEX is trying to test you in just that. What would you do in this situation (any given medical situation) you don't know much about and there is not much time to think because the patient is dying, and after you answer a bunch of these they see where you are at...go for it and stop procrastinating. In a way they are testing your guts believe it or not.

You can do it! pray and you'll succeed!

You can do it! Study make sure you know your content and "pray". God will give you what you desire!!!

Welcome I myself am new to the site. I will be attempting nclex for the third time at the end of May. I feel your pain I had classmates that went in and passed on the first try also. But I'm like you my dream is to be a nurse. I love taking care of and helping people. I'm using the Saunders book and Lacharty people on this site seemed to like those two, At this point I will try anything... Good luck to you and god bless for hanging in there.

Not only can we do it WE WILL!!!!!!!!!!!! With GOD all I repeat All things are possible.

Yes with God all things are possible! We will make it but we need to study hard too. I want to make my family proud too. I pray to make it too this time. That is my dream and that's where my passin is Lord help me.

You're right. Just relax and keep your goals in mind whenever studying gets to get tedious. You can do this.
