I failed

I took the NCLEX RN today. It cut me off at question 76. I thought I did good. But I tried the PVT....no pop up. It lets me register for the new test. Meaning I failed. Im so.....

    What were your current study habits? Try learning the core content first before doing questions.

    don't lose your hope.....big hug for u....same things happen with me also i shut down at 75 questions with 9 SATA n i felt gud.us didn't....n now i am preparing for next exam...n will retake in june....so dear don't lose yr hope keep faith in god n yourself ....god is always with us n next time we will do it....

    OP....:hug: I am sooo sorry. It is so disappointing. Allow yourself one whole weekend to wallow in self pity and be depressed and indulge in adult beverages. Then you kick yourself in your butt and start preparing for the next test.

    Relax and breath. Then get back to studying. My nursing school is requiring that we buy the ATI books and take 2 ati tests each semester. I feel like that has helped me a lot. You passed nursing school, so you can pass the NCLEX. Good luck.

    Thanks guys, here is what i did this time.

    I took diagnostic test with kaplan and found my weakness. Then, I watched the videos about my area of weakness. I read the kaplan book and did the qbank.

    I guess that was not enough.

    I just took my NCLEX RN today again for the fourth time and no pop up. I got hit with all 265 questions and it took me 5 hours. I am really at a loss for what to do next. This time was the only time I ever exceeded 75 questions, so I had to have done something right. I'm very discouraged, and graduated a year ago and have nothing to show for it. Bottom line, I know how you feel and its crappy :cry:
