How much did your nursing program cost overall? (LPN, ADN, BSN, etc.)

My ADN at a community college in SW Ohio was about $12k including books and uniforms. BSN Bridge programs run about $10-15k but many employers offer education reimbursement- a major benefit to getting the ADN first. I know in many areas ADN's may have trouble getting a decent job, but that's not the case where I live. Good luck to you!

You keep talking about how expensive it is to live in Chicago. Why don't you consider relocating? You don't HAVE to stay there under a court order, do you?

Haha, no I just live here with my parents and I don't want to move too far away from home.

My local community college is costing me about 10,000 for an ADN program.

I'm currently in a BSN program and honestly not sure how much it costs overall. I have had scholarships and grants all throughout school and they have paid for everything (tuition, books, etc). BUT, I do have close to $15k in loans for living expenses . I have not taken out a loan in a year, and with only two semesters left I don't plan on taking out anymore, so I think it's safe to say I got my BSN for $15k.

It costs me free fifty free . My ASN program cost 13k for 22 months but I get the Pell grant and tuition reimbursement from my employer. They will also pay for my BSN as long as I sign a 2 year contract to work for them.

My ASN was less than $10,000. The hospital where I work will pay for my RN-BSN.

I did my pre requisites at a community college ($10k), then immediately transferred to a Catholic university for nursing school so I could get my BSN. Because I received a large university scholarship & smaller external scholarships, the university's tuition was comparable to a state school at $12,000/year. Altogether, the BSN cost $34000.

My BSN at a public university, with in state tuition will cost about 60,000 by the time everything is finished. The nursing program itself is close to 50k.

Around $10K for ADN (including pre-reqs). With financial aid = free.

About $8K for RN-BSN.

Hopefully with financial aid & tuition reimbursement = also free.

For my future MSN/DNP = we'll see

I have to pay a little less than half that amount.

My BSN program is costing me roughly $ 72,000.00. That's $ 32,000 a year. I look at it as time is money. I was tired waiting around to get into a program so I decided to go private and take the plunge. Plus at least if you do your BSN you don't have to go back to school unless you want to get advanced degrees. ADN nurses are being phased out, most hospitals want BSN nurses.
