a hint for getting your result

I passed with 75 questions thanks for all the support!

The hint is check your states board of nursing web site, if its any thing like Washington dc you can search for your licenses and if you passed your name will come up and be active, I took the test on the 13th of July and I keep checking pearsonvue for may results which weren't up until Friday afternoon, so on just a whim I checked the state website that I applied to and it was up the morning of the 15th say "ACTIVE REGISTERED NURSE" so you can save your self the 8.00$ pearsonvue charges. For those that did not know already.

Good luck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are several states that will actualy have a license posted by the next morning................

Or a month later, such as NJ. NJBON only updates their website on the first of every month.

Hey! Congratulations!!!

Congratulation Arabia i told you my crystal ball was right :)

Way to go!!

Congratulations! Welcome to the wonderful world of being an RN (hope I can join you ALL soon).

Arabia, congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I didn't pay the $8 either. I finished my test at 6 pm Thurs. night. Woke up at 8:30 am on Fri. and my state BON already had my license number posted!!

Congratulations!!!!

Does Arkansas do it?

Ohio posts the results usually within 24-28 hours on the BON website.

in wv, the results have been known to come up by the same evening.

Or a month later, such as NJ. NJBON only updates their website on the first of every month.

Yeah, I just discovered that in NJ. I Knew I should have taken my boards on July 31st. Oh well, I can wait the 32 hours 56 minutes and 5 seconds :chuckle till I get my results.
