sat nclex in london on monday ,on tuesday i checked my board of nursing website it said i had been issued a 2 year license does this mean i passed because i havent had my results yet

Yes, it means you passed the NCLEX. You are not issued a nursing license until you meet all of the boards requirements for licensure, including successfully passing the NCLEX.
