Y'all can see from my countdown how long I have, but what about all of you? And what are your plans after? I'm hoping to get hired at the unit where I'm doing my senior integration.

Does anyone else kind of want to vomit all the time? Not in, like, a bulimic way, but in a "holy crap I'm about to be a nurse and a grownup and oh my god what am I doing I'm still secretly fourteen years old and oh my god oh my god" kind of way?

Just me? Ooookay then.

I feel that way too! My stomach is in knots! At least I know that if I start having chest pain, I'll be working on the right floor since it's cardiac/telemetry! :) :lol2:

HA! Well I've got exactly 3 weeks and 1.5 days of actual preceptorship schooling left...and I can't WAIT to be finished!! But yeah..I'm sick over the job hunt thing. It isn't easy b/c I can't take just 'any' shift...with my kids and all. Aw well!! At least I'll be finished..that is if I can pass that NCLEX!!

pinning is on may th for me yeah i am sooooooooo excited!!!! :mortarboard:

Last day of clinical is May 4th ( I have one make up day though), our final exam is May 15th and pinning is May 23rd. :) I still have NO clue what I want to do regarding work. I'm currently an LPN on a LTC Psych Unit and think I want Med-Surg but don't know where. lol

My countdown is below. I've already been approached for a job after I'm done. I think I want it, so I'm handing in my resume today! I'm so excited to finish school! Yay!

My final is May 4th, and then I am done! Well, at least until I go back for my BSN. :p

Last day of preceptorship - May 11

Last Class/final - May 15

Graduation - May 27

NCLEX - May 30

1st day as RN in telemetry/post-transplant (already an SNT on the floor) - June 12 (most pass NCLEX! :specs: )

congratulations to everyone! what an amazing journey leading us on to the next journey, i sure hope it gets easier now!
